Real account separation — where a technician's browser genuinely cannot access another technician's data — requires a real server, real passwords, and a database that filters data per logged-in user. That's a Phase 2 build, not something a single HTML file can do securely. Demo credentials: technicians log in with their mobile number and password 1234; admin uses admin / admin123.
Training & SOP — Required Before Your First Job
Three sections, all required: Helium Air's official installation SOP, MG Cooling Systems' guidelines, and customer-facing soft skills. Read all three before continuing.

4. On the Way — Estimated Arrival
Technician customer से बातचीत के बाद location पहुंचने का estimated arrival time बताएं।
5. Unboxing & Product Check
घर पहुंचने के बाद product देखें। Moon cut, copper pipe कट कर product की packing condition check करें। unboxing video बनाना आवश्यक हो तो video बनाकर ASM को भेजें।
6. Confirm Installation Location
Customer से product installation की location confirm करें।
7. Power Point Voltage Check
Installation location पर AC power point का voltage check करें।
8–9. Core Cutting
यदि hole required हो तो core cutter का उपयोग करें।
Core cutter चलाते समय core cutter dust bag का उपयोग करें।
10–11. Copper Piping — Wall Protection & Check
यदि copper pipe बिछाने का रास्ता हो या brazing करनी हो तो दीवार पर copper pipe के नीचे steel plate का उपयोग करें ताकि customer की दीवार को नुकसान न हो।
Copper pipe पहुंचाने से पहले ही उसकी proper checking करें।
12. Level Check
Indoor एवं outdoor unit का installation proper level पर है या नहीं, यह check करें।
13–14. Vacuuming
Proper vacuum pump द्वारा 20 से 35 minutes तक vacuum करें।
यदि vacuum proper नहीं बन रहा हो तो nut joint एवं connection को check करें।

15–17. Wiring, Gas Valve & Power On
Proper wire connection colour combination के अनुसार करें।
Gas valve vacuum proper होने के बाद ही खोलें।

18–19. Cleanup
Unit ON करने के बाद installation area में पड़े dust एवं अन्य unused material को साफ करें।
एक साफ कपड़े से unit को clean करें।
20. Customer Demo
Unit proper working condition में चलने के बाद customer को unit check कराएं। Customer को unit का operation समझाएं और यदि customer के कोई और सवाल हों तो आवश्यक जानकारी दें।

1. Pre-Installation & Customer Welcome
Greet the customer politely and confirm the intended IDU and ODU installation locations.

2. Indoor Unit (IDU) Installation
Fix the IDU mounting plate securely; always use a spirit level for straight alignment.
Drill the wall hole with a slight outward downward slope to prevent future water backflow.
Mount the IDU and prepare piping and interconnecting wiring.

3. Outdoor Unit (ODU) Installation & Piping
Fix the ODU firmly on the wall bracket or floor stand, with rubber vibration pads underneath to prevent noise.
Perform precise flaring on the copper connecting pipes — no kinks or sharp bends.

4. Vacuuming (The Most Critical Step)
Connect the gauge manifold to the ODU service valve and vacuum pump.
Run the vacuum pump until the system reaches a deep vacuum reading of −30 inHg.

5. Leakage Testing & System Commissioning
Apply soap solution to all joints and flare connections to check for gas leaks.
If sealed, open the service valves fully to release the refrigerant charge.
Safely terminate electrical connections and power on the AC.
6. Post-Installation, FSR Documentation & Final Handover
Run the AC for 10–15 minutes; verify cooling output, fan speeds, and smooth drain flow.
Completely fill the FSR form — base installation fee, extra copper piping, core cutting charges, outdoor bracket costs — and obtain the customer's signature.
Before leaving, politely request a 5-star rating for your work and for MG Cooling Systems.

Try to update the IDU EEPROM using the EEPROM tools. If the update fails, go to Step 2.

E1 — Indoor Fan Motor Fault

Parts to Verify: Free rotation (shaft) · Mechanical fault (burn smell/visual damage) · Wiring & connector · Fan motor damage · IDU controller fault
⚠️ Safety: BLDC motors run on high-voltage DC (~310V DC), stored in capacitors even after power off. Always disconnect power and wait a few minutes before probing.
Step 1 — Spin Test: Turn off the AC, manually spin the fan blade. Spins freely → go to Step 2. Feels stiff / won't spin → bearings are seized, replace the motor.
Step 2 — Resistance Test: Disconnect the 3-pin motor harness from the PCB, set multimeter to Ohms, measure resistance between all three pin pairs (1-2, 2-3, 1-3). Should be nearly identical (usually 20Ω–100Ω depending on brand).
Fault signs: Open Loop (OL) → winding broken. 0Ω or close → winding shorted. Wildly unbalanced readings → motor is bad.
Ground Check: Test each pin against the motor's metal casing — should read OL. Any resistance → motor shorted to ground.
Step 3 — Voltage Test (PCB Output): If motor passes the resistance test, plug it back in, turn AC on in fan mode, set multimeter to DC Voltage, probe the back of the 3-pin connector on the board. Expected: high DC voltage (~280V–340V DC) across U-V, V-W, W-U (may fluctuate — it's a 3-phase pulse). 0V DC from the board → PCB's inverter stage (IPM module) is dead, not the motor.

Step 4: Check the ODU controller — if the ODU LED is still not lit, try removing the ODU motor and check the LED again. If it lights after removing the motor → motor is damaged, replace it. If still not lit → ODU controller is faulty, replace it.
Step 5: Make sure the communication wire length doesn't exceed the standard piping length between ODU and IDU.
Step 6: Check for any EMI source near the ODU; if found, reposition the ODU correctly.

Checking the Terminal Box (IDU/ODU communication)

Short Circuit Test (Power OFF, meter on Beep/Continuity mode): disconnect the interconnecting cables so the terminal block is empty. Place one probe on N (Neutral), the other on C (Communication). Meter BEEPS → terminal block shorted internally, replace it. NO BEEP → terminal block is fine, move to the next step.
Voltage Test (Power ON): reconnect all wires tightly, turn AC power on, set multimeter to DC Voltage, black probe on N, red probe on C. Watch the meter screen closely:
Case 1 (Fluctuating 6.5V–15V): indoor signal passing properly — terminal block is 100% OK.
Case 2 (Constant 0V): Indoor PCB is not sending signal out — Indoor PCB is faulty.
Case 3 (Fixed/Stable voltage, no fluctuation): signal is stuck — Outdoor PCB is likely faulty.

F1 = compressor wants to start but gets stuck, jerks, and fails to turn on · L3 = outdoor PCB detects dangerously high current in one of the compressor wires (U, V or W)
Step 1 — Open the Service Valves: go to the side of the outdoor unit where the copper pipes connect, use an Allen key to check both brass valves (High & Low pressure). Why: if the valves were left closed after install/move, refrigerant gets trapped, the compressor faces extreme pressure, pulls high current and triggers L3. Ensure both valves are fully open.
Step 2 — Wire & Terminal Inspection (U, V, W): inspect the plastic connector plug on top of the compressor and the wires leading to the PCB, tug them gently. Why: a loose/burnt/broken wire means the inverter compressor only gets power from two phases instead of three and can't start — triggering F1. Crimp a new terminal and secure tightly if needed.
Step 3 — Compressor Resistance (Impedance) Test — the most crucial step: turn AC power completely OFF, pull out the three wires (U, V, W) from the compressor top, set multimeter to Resistance/Ohms, measure resistance between the three pins one by one (U-V, U-W, V-W). The Golden Rule: all three readings must be exactly the same (typically 0.5Ω–20Ω depending on brand). Verdict: if they don't match, the compressor's internal winding is burnt/damaged — replace the compressor.
Step 4 — Final Decision: if service valves are open, wires are tight, and resistance readings match exactly, the compressor is healthy — meaning the Outdoor PCB (ODU Controller) is faulty and sending unstable current to the compressor. Replace the Outdoor PCB.

Step 2 — Wire और Terminal Inspection (U, V, W): compressor के ऊपर के plastic connector plug और PCB तक जाने वाले wires देखें, हल्के से खींचें। क्यों: loose/जला/टूटा wire मतलब compressor को तीन की जगह सिर्फ दो phases से power मिलती है और वह start नहीं होता — F1 trigger होता है। जरूरत हो तो नया terminal crimp करके tightly लगाएं।
Step 3 — Compressor Resistance (Impedance) Test — सबसे ज़रूरी step: AC power पूरी तरह OFF करें, compressor के ऊपर से तीनों wires (U, V, W) निकालें, multimeter Resistance/Ohms पर set करें, तीनों pins के बीच एक-एक करके resistance नापें (U-V, U-W, V-W)। Golden Rule: तीनों readings बिल्कुल same होनी चाहिए (आमतौर पर 0.5Ω–20Ω, brand अनुसार)। Verdict: match न हों तो compressor की winding जली/damaged है — compressor replace करें।
Step 4 — Final Decision: service valves खुले हों, wires tight हों, और resistance readings बिल्कुल match करें, तो compressor healthy है — मतलब Outdoor PCB (ODU Controller) faulty है और compressor को unstable current भेज रहा है। Outdoor PCB replace करें।
F5 — ODU Discharge Temperature Sensor Fault
